How to Acquire Our Services
Select the type of transfer that suits your needs. We offer a variety of transfer options, including private transfers, shared transfers, and luxury transfers.
Fill in the necessary information regarding your arrival at Naxos Island. This includes your flight or ferry details, arrival date and time, and the number of passengers.
Tailor your transfer experience to your preferences. Let us know if you have any special requests or requirements, such as extra luggage space, child seats, or specific stops along the way.
Review your transfer details and make sure everything is correct. Once you are satisfied, proceed to sent us your inquiry. We’ll get back to you quickly. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
PAYMENT:
Payment for the full service cost is required at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date. Failure to submit payment by the deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour or transfer will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled tour or transfer will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour or transfer will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel tours for the safety of our guests. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or offer rescheduling options.
- No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the case of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential refund or rescheduling options.
Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing.
