CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour or transfer will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled tour or transfer will receive a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour or transfer will not be eligible for a refund.
4. In the event of severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel tours for the safety of our guests. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or offer rescheduling options.
5. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
6. In the case of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential refund or rescheduling options.

Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing.
